Running Coach Tim Ives, TOP's Director of Wellness and Training, can help you improve your running strategy and time. If you can categorize yourself into any of the following, you may be  suited for a running coach:

  •  Long-time exerciser who never would have thought it possible to run but want to try something new
  • Former runner who has been set back by injury in the past
  • Enjoys competing in local road races
  • Current or former high school and/or college athelte
  • Overweight and in need of aerobic exercise
  • A distance runner with aspirations to become an elite runner
  • Competitive runner who has hit a plateau and needs a new program

You'll be directed in all facets of a well-rounded training program including injury prevention, lactate threshold, VO2Max, running economy, and competition among other things.
